Pittsburgh Land Bank

We want to hear from you.

The Pittsburgh Land Bank (PLB) is gathering public input into its inaugural policies & procedures.

On Wednesday, Mayor Peduto released a set of executive orders, one specifically directing the PLB to develop a community participation process and draft a set of policies & procedures for public input.

The Pittsburgh Land Bank Board is now ready to hear from you on this draft document. The policies & procedures will guide how the Land Bank operates day-to-day – what it prioritizes, how it makes its decisions, and how an individual interacts with the PLB – and we need your help.

In the coming weeks, we’ll be announcing a set of five public meetings across the city designed to collect public feedback about the draft policies & procedures. Additionally, you can view and give comment on the full text of the policies & procedures right now at pghlandbank.org. There, you’ll also find a series of FAQs which break the document into smaller issue-based chunks, which you can also read and comment on.

And, of course, you can email us at engage@pghlandbank.org.

However we hear from you, we’re excited to hear your thoughts about the Pittsburgh Land Bank in the coming weeks.
