“Brenda Hillman’s poems embrace all aspects of what it means to be alive in this tenuous world at this dangerous moment. However you identify, you are most probably, at this very moment, a part of the pulsing, mysterious articulation that is a Brenda Hillman poem.”
– Celeste Gainey
